Ronda Rousey surges onto the scene of women’s Mixed Martial Arts in August of 2010. She was born and grew in Riverside County, California on the 1st of February, 1987 to Ron Rousey and AnnMaria DeMars, she was born with an umbilical cord covered around her neck, which impaired her vocal chords. Ronda Rousey didn’t speak lucidly until then she reaches the age of 6. She was a self-proclaimed tomboy and swayed from the ages of six to ten. Ronda contested at the Junior Olympic swim team wherein she retained in the state level. At the age of 23, he won the title and became the youngest champion of UFC or Ultimate Fighting Championship. He does things that other fighters do not do like unorthodox kicks, pinning the back of his elbows and explosive takedowns.

Anderson Silva is a Brazilian mixed martial artist. Born on April 14, 1975, he is known as “Spider-Man.” He became one of the greatest mixed martial artists in the world. He was ranked as the number 6 contender in middleweight rankings in UFC with 10 title defenses and 6 consecutive wins.

Anderson Silva came from a family which is poverty-stricken. He spent the majority of his childhood life with his uncle and aunt. His uncle is a police officer in Curitiba. Silva trained himself on Jiu-Jitsu from those elite kids that could afford enrolling in that kind training. He simply watched them doing the said training and amazingly learned from it. At the age of thirteen, his family was able to enroll him in Tae Kwon Do lessons. That became his stepping stone to begin his fighting career.

Nicholas Robert Diaz, aka “Nick”, born on 2nd of August, 1983 is a recognized mixed martial artist, two-time world champion and a professional fighter since 2001. Currently, Nick Diaz is signed with UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), but he also competed in other competitions, including WEC, PRIDE, Shooto, Strikeforce, DREAM and EliteXC. Nick is former Welterweight Champion for WEC and Welterweight Champion for Strikeforce.
Nick Diaz’s story started in Stockton, California where he was born and raised. Nick is of Mexican-American descent and is Nate Diaz’s older brother, another UFC fighter. He studied at Tokay High School before finally dropping out. At a young age, Nick already began training in karate and aikido. He had also participated in wrestling competitions and was also a member of the swimming team. At the age of 16, he began his training in Sambo under Valeri Ignatov and still training with him today. On May 8, 2007, Nick was promoted in Brazilian jiu-jitsu to black belt by Cesar Gracie and is now actually teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu with his brother in Lodi, California.

Jose Aldo Junior, or Junior as what his Nova Uniao friends called him, is a renowned MMA fighter from Manaus. Aldo is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black expert, a sport that excelled in year 2000, previous to his career in MMA. He dominated lots of titles in the lower belt divisions of Jiu Jitsu, having 2 championships over Rubens Charles a grappling legend in the brown belt division.
Jose was born on September 9, 1986 in Brazil. As a kid, this guy was extremely attracted in Soccer, a sport Aldo played competitively. Aldo was a violent player and frequently had fights with the opposing teams. It was due to those scuffles that he felt the need to partake Capoeira at the age of fourteen to enhance his skills in fighting. When he reaches the age of 16, Aldo changed his disposition to what he liked to achieve in adulthood. He thought his calling was to become a footballer as a kid, but during his teenage years he is trying to become a combat fighter.
Jose Aldo transferred to Rio de Janeiro when he was sixteen years old, against the will of his parents. Aldo has a small amount of cash and no job, therefore his first couple of weeks were so hard, and he lived in the slums. The first mail his mother got from Aldo was a letter. Conor Anthony McGregor is an Irish mixed martial artist who was born on 14th of July, 1988 from an Irish ancestry. McGregor initially competes in Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC’s featherweight division. Recently, however, he has planned to fight in the lightweight and welterweight division as well. As of today, McGregor is a UFC Featherweight Champion.
Aside from the UFC Featherweight Championship, he is also the former champion for Cage Warriors Featherweight and Lightweight Division. McGregor has current records of 19-13-0 for wins, loss and draws respectively.
