Crazy Monkey Boxing - Defending The Jab
This is a short intro available to the public domain of several crazy monkey boxing concepts, this video depicts defending the jab, devised by Rodney King.
This method of boxing seems to be more appropriate for MMA/self-defense scenarios as it aims to 1) protect the head more, and 2) has a guard not based on large boxing gloves.
